Job Description
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify inbound and outbound leads for our marketing agency. You’ll engage with contractors and home service business owners who have already shown interest in Adstruct Digital and schedule warm appointments for our closers.
If you’ve never worked in sales or dealt with construction or home service clients, please do not apply.
Requirements
Experience in sales development, appointment setting, or lead qualification
Familiarity with contractors, remodelers, or other home service industries
Excellent communication and follow-up skills via phone, text, and email
Organized and detail-oriented; able to track and update CRM information accurately
Proactive, motivated, and consistent in daily outreach activity
Comfortable following proven scripts and qualifying frameworks
Reliable internet and professional remote setup
Experience with Slack, Google Drive, and GoHighLevel is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Engage new leads through call, text, and email outreach
Qualify prospects based on business type, service needs, and fit
Schedule calls for closers with qualified, warm prospects
Track lead progress and follow up with interested prospects who haven’t booked yet
Communicate daily with the sales team to improve conversion rates
This is not a cold-calling role — you’ll be working with interested leads who’ve already raised their hand.
