Job Description
We’re hiring a Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for contractors and home service companies nationwide. You’ll manage performance-driven campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads for our clients.

Requirements
Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, or both
Proven ability to manage ad budgets and optimize for cost per lead (CPL)
Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset
Ability to write compelling ad copy and select creative angles that convert
Familiarity with the home services niche or other local business marketing
Organized, accountable, and consistent in reporting results
Able to troubleshoot campaign performance and adjust strategies quickly
Experience with Slack, Google Drive, and GoHighLevel is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Launch and optimize campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
A/B test creatives, targeting, and copy to improve performance
Monitor results daily and make data-driven optimizations
Communicate performance updates with internal and client success teams
Stay up to date on platform trends and best practices
This role requires hands-on experience and a deep understanding of performance marketing.
