Job Description
We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns for contractors and home service companies. You’ll be the main point of contact for your assigned clients, coordinating between our media, outreach, and sales teams.

Requirements
Experience managing client relationships in marketing or advertising
Familiarity with the construction or home services industry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to explain marketing results and translate data into insights
Strong problem-solving ability and follow-up discipline
Proficiency in CRM tools like GoHighLevel or similar
Calm under pressure and proactive in communication
Experience with Slack, Google Drive, and GoHighLevel is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and guide them through setup and launch
Maintain consistent communication with clients via calls, texts, and email
Monitor campaign performance and share updates with clients
Coordinate between internal teams to ensure deliverables are on track
Anticipate client needs and resolve issues quickly
Track retention, satisfaction, and campaign ROI
